Who we are

This website is operated by SC Extensive Network SRL (J22/1551/2012, VAT RO30652685), Breazu, Iași County, Romania — the initiator of the FreeYa Mind Campus project ("we"). Contact: contact@freeya-mind-campus.ro.

What data we process and why

• Forms (Join Us, Researchers, Become a partner, event registrations): name, email, and the details you submit. We use them only to evaluate and respond to your request, and to manage event attendance. Legal basis: consent and steps prior to a possible collaboration.
• Newsletter: your email address, only after you confirm the subscription (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to us.
• Analytics: we use Umami, a cookie-less analytics tool that does not identify you. Google Analytics is loaded only if you accept it in the cookie banner.

How long we keep data

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 2 years afterwards. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Who has access

Only the campus team. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except technical providers strictly needed to run this website (hosting, email delivery), bound by data-processing obligations.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. Write to contact@freeya-mind-campus.ro. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP).
